  • Splint involves thumb and wrist
    • thumb part is circumferential
    • wrist/forearm
      • : in severe case : circumferential 
      • : lighter case only radial side
  • Splint boundaries
    • distally proximal of the IP joint
    • proximally 2/3 of forearm
