Protac MyFit^® stimulates the sense of touch as well as the muscle and joint position senses and is used on children who suffer from restlessness, feelings of insecurity, difficulty concentrating or poor body awareness. The vest fits snugly against the body and the comfortable amount of weight and pressure of the vest provides the user with a distinct awareness of the body which alleviates anxiety, hyperactivity and stress.

Support for everyday activities

Protac MyFit® helps children who are mentally and physically challenged to be able to better handle their everyday activities. For school children, the vest can contribute to a better sense of calm and concentration when doing homework, for example, and during breaks and free time, the vest can help to tone down the kind of behaviour that makes it difficult for children to form social relationships. The vest can be used for as long as or as much as the user finds it comfortable to wear and its soothing effects will continue to last.

Design and size

Featuring a smart design, Protac MyFit® is made of an elastic material which fits snugly against the body. The vest is designed with compartments that run down the front and back of the vest and are filled with weighted plastic balls. The vest zips up and has laces on the sides which let the user adjust the fit of the vest so that it fits snugly and offers optimal stimulation to the user's sensory system. The laces are hidden, so there is no risk of the child getting caught on anything during play.
Protac MyFit® is available in several sizes and models according to chest size and stimulation needs. The larger the balls and heavier the vest, the stronger the stimulation. Larger sizes can be found under the menu option Youth and Adults.

Protac MyFit® can be used by all children, but is well-suited for children with hyperactivity and physical unrest. The vest can also be of benefit to children with ADHD, autism, spasticity, sensory processing or developmental disorders and deafblindness.
