Finger Loops – Pack of 5

Designed for comfort and ease of use, our Finger Loops utilise a simple loop and wrap system, making them quick to secure and adjust. Each loop is crafted from a soft, foam-lined material that provides light cushioning between the fingers, ensuring both comfort and gentle support during use.

Available in two sizes:

• AH13: 1.3 cm wide × approx. 14 cm long

• AH25: 2.5 cm wide × approx. 16 cm long

Both sizes have a material thickness of 0.25 cm, offering durability without bulk. The loops are supplied in packs of five for convenience.

Ideal for clinical or therapeutic applications where finger positioning, alignment, or gentle control is needed.

Advantages vs standard straight loops

1. Improved Conformity Around Fingers

• Fingers are not cylindrical; they taper and curve.

• A curved strap naturally follows this contour, allowing the material to sit flush without bunching or creating pressure points.

• This improves comfort, especially for longer wear.

2. Secure "Loop and Wrap" Function

• The curve helps the loop hug the finger more closely, reducing slippage.

• When the material is tensioned, the curved cut distributes force more evenly around the finger, avoiding “hot spots.”

3. Reduced Bulk Between Fingers

• Straight straps can overlap awkwardly, creating extra thickness where fingers press together.

• The curve trims away unnecessary bulk, leaving a smoother profile and reducing skin irritation or pressure between adjacent fingers.

4. Easier Application and Removal

• The curve naturally guides the strap around the finger in a set path, which can simplify donning/doffing (especially for clients with limited dexterity)..

5. Differentiation vs. Straight Loops

• Straight loops are intentionally straight for general-purpose buddy strapping (where alignment between fingers is the goal).

• Our curved design is more comfort-focused, aimed at reducing shear, irritation, and slippage — better for longer-term use or more sensitive patients (e.g., post-op, skin fragility, paediatrics).
