Our strengthening service enhances the load capacity of our chairs, ensuring they can support users with weights ranging from 220kg to 275kg safely depending on the original payload of the selected chair. In addition to increasing the load capacity, we also reinforce the leg rest, providing additional stability and support for individuals who may require it. With a weight capacity of up to 120kg, the strengthened leg rest ensures that users can comfortably rest and relax without compromising on safety.

 Our engineering team is committed to providing innovative solutions that prioritise safety, comfort, and durability. We understand the importance of providing inclusive and accessible seating solutions for individuals, that's why our strengthening service transforms our chairs into heavy-duty seating options, capable of meeting the unique needs of every user. It’s a substantial process which involves dismantling the chair and replacing the standard leg rest links and chair support rails with high tensile steel and replacing machined rivets in key areas with welded steel rivets and bronze bushes.
